Reconstitution Calculator
Calculate the exact volume to draw for your desired peptide dose. Enter your vial size, the amount of bacteriostatic water added, and your target dose. The calculator will show you the concentration, volume to inject, and how many doses you can get from your vial.
Quick Start:
  1. Select a Preset, or manually enter your vial size (mg) and BAC water volume (mL)
  2. Enter your desired dose (mg)
  3. Select your syringe size (0.3 mL, 0.5 mL, or 1.0 mL)
  4. Read the results: volume to draw (mL), concentration, and doses per vial
Calculator
Presets set Peptide in vial (mg) and BAC Water to Add (mL) only.
Tip: U‑100 — 100 units = 1 mL (10 units = 0.1 mL).
For a dose of 0.00 mg, draw to 0.0 on the syringe

💉 Quick Reconstitution Steps
1. Prepare
Clean workspace, gather supplies (peptide vial, BAC water, syringe, alcohol wipes)
2. Draw BAC Water
Clean BAC water stopper, draw calculated volume (see above) into syringe, expel air bubbles
3. Inject Slowly
Clean peptide vial stopper, inject BAC water down the side of vial (not onto powder)
4. Mix Gently
DO NOT SHAKE - Gently roll or swirl until powder dissolves completely
5. Verify
Solution should be clear (not cloudy), no particles visible
6. Store
Refrigerate immediately (2-8°C), label with date and concentration, use within 30-60 days
✅ DO:
Use BAC water only • Clean all surfaces • Inject slowly down side • Gently mix • Refrigerate
❌ DON'T:
Shake the vial • Use plain water • Leave at room temp • Freeze • Inject onto powder

Dosage Protocols (library)

Protocols are detailed weekly dosing schedules that outline how to administer peptides over time. Each protocol includes specific doses, injection frequencies, timing recommendations, and administration routes (SubQ, IM, etc.) organized by week. Protocols may include dose escalation phases, maintenance periods, and cycle breaks.

How to Use This Tab: Browse the Protocol Library to find dosing schedules for specific peptides. Use the search bar to quickly locate a peptide, or click "Protocol Library" to view all available protocols. Select a peptide to view its complete weekly protocol with dose amounts, timing, and notes. You can toggle between MCG and MG units, and export protocols to PDF for reference.

Protocol Calendar
Track your peptide protocols, log injections, and monitor progress.
What Is the Protocol Calendar?

The Protocol Calendar helps you manage and monitor your peptide protocols over time. Create schedules for peptides, track injection dates, monitor progress, and maintain a history of completed protocols. Each schedule includes dosage information, timing, frequency, and duration to help you stay organized and consistent with your protocol.

How to Use: Click "New Protocol" to create a schedule for a peptide. You can select a peptide from the autocomplete list or enter a custom peptide name. The form will auto-populate suggested duration and frequency based on the peptide's protocol. Once created, track your injections, view progress, and export your schedule to your calendar. Use "View History" to see completed protocols.

What Are Peptides?
Educational information about peptides, their structure, function, and research applications. Research & education only — not medical advice.

Think of peptides as tiny message carriers your body uses to tell cells what to do.

Peptides are short pieces of protein. Proteins are long chains; peptides are shorter "snippets" of those chains. Because they're small, they can send very specific signals in the body.

What do they actually do?
  • Hormone-like signals: Help control things like appetite, blood sugar, sleep, and stress.
  • Repair and recovery: Some peptides tell the body to heal faster – for joints, muscles, gut lining, and skin.
  • Metabolism and weight: Certain peptides help the body use energy better and can support fat loss.
  • Brain and mood: Others can support focus, memory, and calmness.
Why are people interested in them?
  • They can be very targeted (one peptide for sleep, another for joint comfort, another for fat loss).
  • Because they mimic or support the body's natural signals, they can sometimes have fewer side effects than broad drugs.
ℹ️ Important to understand
  • Most peptides used in "optimization" or "research" are not FDA-approved treatments.
  • Quality, dosing, and safety depend heavily on medical guidance and proper sourcing.
  • They should be viewed as experimental tools, not cures or guaranteed results.
