What you’ll need (supplies)
- Peptide vial (powder)
- Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) (0.9% benzyl alcohol)
- Syringe (1–3 mL typical) + appropriate needle
- Alcohol wipes (70% isopropyl alcohol)
- Sharps container
- Refrigerator for storage after reconstitution
Basic reconstitution math (mg/mL)
Concentration (mg/mL) = Peptide amount (mg) ÷ BAC water volume (mL)
Example: 5 mg peptide + 2 mL BAC water → 2.5 mg/mL. Use the calculator to convert to mL and U-100 units.
