Delete your PeptideUniv account

For the PeptideUniv app (Google Play: com.cmmmobile.peptideuniv) and peptideuniv.com. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

An account is optional. If you never created one, there is nothing to delete on our side — everything you saved lives on your own device or in your browser. Clear it in the app under Settings → Delete all local data, or in the browser you used.

In the app

Open Settings → Account.
Choose Delete account.
Enter your password and type the confirmation exactly as shown.
Confirm. The account and its data are deleted on every device.

On the website

Sign in at peptideuniv.com.
Open Settings → Account.
Choose Delete account and confirm the same way.

By email, if you cannot sign in

Email support@peptideuniv.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my PeptideUniv account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it, and we will confirm when it is done. Never send us your password or a sign-in code.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your sign-in and email address, your saved schedules, logged doses, injection-site history, inventory and vials, preferences, and any pending reminders held for your account. Removed from our servers, and from every device that syncs with the account.	A minimal record that the account was deleted, kept for about 35 days so the deletion completes safely and cannot be reversed by a stale device, then removed. Records we are required to keep, such as payment and tax records held by our payment processors for the period the law requires. These are not linked to your app data. Anonymous usage data, which is never tied to your account or email and so cannot be traced back to you.

Anything saved only on a device or in one browser stays there until you clear it: in the app, Settings → Delete all local data.

Delete some of your data, without deleting your account

You do not have to delete the whole account to remove what you no longer want stored:

A schedule: open it and choose Delete. It is removed from the account and from every device that syncs with it.
A logged dose: open it in your history and delete it. The same applies: it is removed everywhere, not just on the device you are holding.
A vial, or a peptide's stock: remove it from Inventory.
Everything on one device only: in the app, Settings → Delete all local data. This clears that device and leaves the account alone.
Anything else: email support@peptideuniv.com from the address on the account and say what you want removed.

We never delete your saved data on our side by ourselves. It goes only when you delete the record, or delete the account.

What happens to a subscription

Bought on peptideuniv.com: it stops renewing. Pro lasts until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Bought in the app: deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store, or it keeps billing.

Before you delete

Export anything you want to keep first: a schedule's PDF export, or your dose history. Once the account is deleted we cannot recover it, and the same email can be used to start again from scratch.
