PeptideUniv is a research organization, arithmetic-conversion, tracking, inventory, export, and educational-reference tool.
It does not diagnose, prescribe, select an amount, establish safety or efficacy, or provide personalized medical advice.
Confirm health-related decisions and any existing plan with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
2. Subscription Terms
- The first native iOS/Android testing release does not offer paid subscriptions, trials, purchases, or restore purchases.
- The website may separately offer paid features billed through Stripe.
- Website billing, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms are presented during checkout and in the Stripe customer portal.
- A website purchase does not imply native-app entitlement unless a later release explicitly says otherwise.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- How you use the information in the app
- Any decisions regarding supplements, peptides, or health
4. Disclaimer of Liability
PeptideUniv and C&M Mobile LLC are not responsible for:
- Any health outcomes
- Any injuries, damages, or losses
- Any misuse of the app
Use at your own risk.
5. Local Data and Website Access
The first native release does not require an account and stores user-created records locally. Website access, Stripe entitlements, Transfer Keys, and email restore are separate website features.
6. Termination
We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and software belong to C&M Mobile LLC.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
