By using PeptideUniv ("the App"), you agree to the following:
1. Not Medical Advice
PeptideUniv is a research organization, arithmetic-conversion, tracking, inventory, export, and educational-reference tool.
It does not diagnose, prescribe, select an amount, establish safety or efficacy, or provide personalized medical advice.
Confirm health-related decisions and any existing plan with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
2. Subscription Terms (PeptideUniv Pro)
- PeptideUniv Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and annually. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm a purchase. The free features of the App stay free.
- Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you start it. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged at the end of the trial. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- iPhone (App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Manage or cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the App as downloaded from the App Store.
- Android (Google Play). Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Manage or cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google under its policies.
- Website (Stripe). Billing, cancellation and receipts are available in the Stripe customer portal from your account on peptideuniv.com.
- Across devices. Pro bought on any of these is attached to your PeptideUniv account when you are signed in, and works on the website, iPhone and Android. Pro bought on an iPhone before signing in stays on that Apple ID until you save it to an account.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it with Apple or Google. A website subscription stops renewing when the account is deleted.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- How you use the information in the app
- Any decisions regarding supplements, peptides, or health
4. Disclaimer of Liability
PeptideUniv and C&M Mobile LLC are not responsible for:
- Any health outcomes
- Any injuries, damages, or losses
- Any misuse of the app
Use at your own risk.
5. Accounts and Your Data
An account is optional. Without one, your plans, logged doses and inventory stay on your device. With one (email and password, or Sign in with Apple on iPhone), they sync to your account and appear on every device you sign in on. You can delete your account and the records saved to it from Settings › Account in the App or from
peptideuniv.com/delete-account. The
Privacy Policy explains what is stored and why.
6. Termination
We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and software belong to C&M Mobile LLC.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
